Rex is delighted to be a proud sponsor of this landmark 10th Anniversary Conference of the National Association of Insurance & Pension Editors (NAIPE), a prestigious gathering that continues to shape conversations around the future of insurance and pensions in Nigeria.

The event held at the renowned Oriental Hotel, Lagos on the 14th of September 2025 and brings together distinguished leaders, industry experts, and key stakeholders.

We are especially honored to highlight the presence of our esteemed Chairman, Mr. Ike Chioke, Group Managing Director of Afrinvest, who will be participating as a Special Guest of Honour and delivering a thought-provoking paper at the conference.

This anniversary edition promises to be a platform for robust discussions, fresh perspectives, and valuable networking opportunities as the association celebrates a decade of impactful contributions to the insurance and pension sectors.

On underwriting, the Head of Underwriting, Mr Kazeem Sulaimon explained recent changes aimed at improving risk assessment while still supporting growth. He noted that the department had adopted a more flexible, technology enabled approach on generating quotations for clients. These efforts, he said, have positioned the company to respond more effectively to changing market needs.

The Managing Director/ Chief Executive, Mrs Ebelechukwu B. Nwachukwu also highlighted the deliberate effort to foster a multi-generational workforce, blending the energy and digital fluency of younger professionals with the experience and leadership of seasoned experts. This diverse talent mix, she emphasized, has played a vital role in driving innovation.

The event closed with an interactive Question and Answer session, where brokers shared feedback, asked questions, and affirmed their partnership in delivering excellent service to customers. The Executive Director, Technical expressed appreciation on behalf of the Management Team for the brokers’ continued support and reiterated the company’s commitment to mutual growth and shared success.

In attendance were the Management Team of Rex Insurance, Top Brokers in Lagos State, including the President Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB), Prince Babatunde Oguntade and the Deputy President Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers Mrs. Ekeoma Ezeibe, as well as the Business Development Team from Rex Insurance and select staff of Rex.
