Rex Insurance celebrates IWD 2026

To commemorate the International Women’s Day (IWD) 2026, Rex Insurance held a panel session to proudly celebrate the incredible women who make the workplace stronger every day. In line with this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” the inspiring panel session focused on “Women Supporting Women: How Collaboration Can Drive Collective Success.”

Leading the discussions were the Managing Director, Mrs. Ebelechukwu Nwachukwu alongside the Company Secretary/General Counsel, Ms. Sheila Ezeuko, and Team Lead, Direct Marketing 1, Mrs Oladunni Okuwobi.

The conversation was interesting with insights on mentorship, personal growth, and the power of lifting one another as we rise. Our panelists shared practical experiences on building supportive networks, embracing collaboration over competition, and creating opportunities for the next generation of women to thrive. All three women shared great personal insights with the audience.
