Sheila Ezeuko

Sheila Ezeuko is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Law from the same university and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999. She is an alum of Lagos Business School and has served as Company Secretary to various companies. She was appointed Company Secretary of Royal Exchange Plc in 2007. She is currently the General Counsel/Company Secretary/Chief Compliance Officer with responsibility for the management and execution of Legal Services and Company Secretariat within the company.
